WIP – Distant Lights

Working from a photo, this is one I started while at the La Villita Art Festival in San Antonio.  I still have work to do on the foreground and trees.

    Thank you, Johanne! It was hard to get the sky colors right – not sure I’m there yet.

    I like this one, Regina. It has a nice feel of distance. Don’t change too much. :) You got to paint in San Antonio, that is good, too.

    I just want to do a little more on the trees – not sure what yet. And the foreground is blah. Yes, it was good to paint there – it always makes me feel better.

    Thankyou, Jill – I think I finished it tonight, but want to wait until tomorrow to take the final photo. The one I took this evening while the sun was setting has the color off a lot!
